Terrace Mountain where wood becomes both skin and Terrace Mountain where wood becomes both skin and story. Set against the Texas landscape, this project showcases our Western Red Cedar SSB Atlas siding, crafted with precision and charred using the Japanese shou sugi ban technique to develop a resilient, tactile façade that deepens with time and light.

Here, wood is not just surface, but a sculptural envelope that bridges interior comfort with exterior ruggedness. Through natural texture, rhythmic shadow lines, and finely tuned detailing, Terrace Mountain embodies a thoughtful balance of sustainability, performance, and architectural presence while honoring both its site and the craft of millwork that defines Delta’s approach.

Every space we touched tells a story of careful thought and expert craftsmanship. From the first spark of an idea to the final surface, this year has been about creating environments that are bold, tactile, and unforgettable. Looking back, we are proud of the spaces we shaped and the experiences that came to life through our work.
