There’s a lot we want to make. Delta 2.0 is going There’s a lot we want to make. Delta 2.0 is going to give us the space to make more of it. More capacity, more flexibility, and more room to keep developing our products. And all that land isn’t so bad to look at either. We’re so excited for this next chapter. Terry Black’s Houston called for a charred wood ex Terry Black’s Houston called for a charred wood exterior with plenty of warmth and natural variation. We supplied Western Red Cedar Shou Sugi Ban in our Kodiak finish, allowing the knots and grain of each board to show through the char and bring some of that cedar character to the facade. The board and batten profile also called for some custom milling on our end. We precision milled the 1x10 boards and 1x4 battens to work together creating a consistent pattern across the exterior while keeping the natural variation of the wood in view. Client: @terryblacks_bbq Architect: @gensler_design Builder: Forney Construction 📸: @marksykesphoto

Built in the 1990s, the original theatre was an in Built in the 1990s, the original theatre was an inviting space where artists could create, experiment, and connect with the people experiencing their work. In November 2020, the theatre burned down. The loss was devastating, but it also created an opportunity to think differently about what the theatre needed for the future. The rebuilding became about more than replacing what was lost. It was about creating a space that could carry forward the spirit of the original while giving artists a new place to perform and create. Lunawood Spruce was selected as part of the new theatre, natural material into the space and helping shape an environment that feels both familiar and new. Material: Lunawood ThermoWood Spruce | Smooth | Unfinished Client: @jacobspillow Architect: @mecanoo_ Contractor: @allegroneco 📷️: @iwanbaan
