Delta has officially broken ground on a $34.7 million headquarters and factory in Wimberley, Texas. Designed by Pollen Architecture & Design, the new campus represents a significant step in Delta’s ongoing commitment to craftsmanship, environmental stewardship, and thoughtful regional growth.
The 88,000-square-foot campus will sit on a 33-acre site, with only a third of the land being developed. “The building placement aims to minimize impact and preserve the native landscape,” said architect Elizabeth Alford of Pollen Architecture. “We worked closely with John Hart Asher of Blackland Collaborative to preserve the ecological health and diversity of the site and, in particular, the undisturbed prairie grassland at the front. Our site team included Erin Banks, Civilitude and OES Landscape Design.”
