In the 1990s, Delta Millworks was entrusted with o In the 1990s, Delta Millworks was entrusted with one of the most significant restoration efforts in Texas history: refurbishing the Capitol building to its original 1888 glory. At the heart of the five-year project was an 8-foot table bearing the Texas Lone Star, still proudly on display today. Every board was milled to match the original grain, growth rings, and finishes. Decades later, we are still proud to have played a role in preserving this iconic symbol of Texas heritage.
