Above Salt Lake City, Millcreek Rim is shaped by its site first. The home steps into the hillside, opening toward the valley and Mount Olympus so the landscape becomes the focus throughout.
The material palette is kept restrained, Accoya Smooth Coastline, ThermoWood Spruce Smooth Sand Dollar, and Accoya Color Grey decking, selected for how they age naturally and keep their presence without asking for attention.
