This $29.5 Million Tropical-Inspired Malibu Estate Might Be The Most Sustainable In California
California-based development firm Crown Pointe Estates made it their mission to create four net zero carbon homes as part of what they call the Marisol Zero Series that are designed to meet the standards of the Paris Agreement and Kigali Accords.
Delta Millworks provided the Accoya material in Marisol Zero 1 and Marisol Zero 2, which helped the developers meet the high standards for sustainability.
