Breezy Point House by Brooklyn-based BAAO Studio is an elevated family home on the Rockaway Peninsula in Queens, New York. The house is raised above the ground to meet local flood requirements. Cuts in its offset gabled form draw light into an almost triple-height living space.
For the exterior, the studio specified our Accoya siding and decking. “FSC-certified accoya wood siding and decking from Delta Millworks was selected for the exterior for its high durability rating in marine environments,” BAAO said.
