Our Thermal Radiata Spicewood is integrated throughout the project, bringing depth to the clean architectural lines. The finish emphasizes the home’s refined palette, adding subtle texture against the expansive glazing and crisp forms.

Across more than 65,000 square feet, The Glenwood uses two distinct expressions of Accoya to create contrast across the facade: Accoya Barnwood in Delta Black paired with Accoya Smooth in Custom Gray. A balance of texture and finish that gives the facade its distinct character.⁠
