100K strong, because of you. This feels unreal. W 100K strong, because of you.

This feels unreal. What started as a small way to get the word out has become a community of 100,000 people who believe in what we do and where we’re headed. That kind of support is not something we take lightly.

Every project, every partnership, every conversation has helped shape this brand into what it is today. We’re grateful for the trust, proud of how far we’ve come, and energized for what’s next.
Thermally modified wood transforms natural timber Thermally modified wood transforms natural timber into a resilient, long-lasting material without the use of chemicals. Through heat and steam, it gains exceptional stability, weather resistance, and durability while maintaining its natural beauty. At Delta Millworks, we use this process to craft wood that feels thoughtful, purposeful, and built to endure, allowing each project to showcase materials that are as sustainable as they are striking.

Kukui’ula Lot 41 in Koloa, Kauai demonstrates how Kukui’ula Lot 41 in Koloa, Kauai demonstrates how material choice shapes both architecture and experience. Designed by @stephengrantgreenarchitect and executed by Koholā Builders, this project uses a blend of our prefinished @accoyawood creating a visual and tactile contrast that responds to Kauai’s coastal environment. The interplay of deep, rich tones with the surrounding landscape turns every exterior surface into a moment of subtle drama. It’s a reminder that great craft thrives in the balance between design intention and natural influence.
