Biophilic design begins with a simple premise: the Biophilic design begins with a simple premise: the spaces we inhabit should reflect the natural systems we come from. By integrating organic materials, varied textures, and patterns that echo the outdoors, interiors gain a sense of authenticity and depth. Light shifts feel more intentional. Surfaces carry character. The environment becomes more than a backdrop and starts to feel restorative, supporting focus, creativity, and well being through a quiet but powerful connection to nature.

Our Thermally Modified Spruce was chosen for its strength and stability, but also for its quiet ability to deepen the biophilic experience within a high-performance public space.⁠
