Volunteering Our Time

We believe meaningful impact often comes from showing up. Delta organizes volunteer opportunities that allow employees to contribute their time and skills to community organizations. Recent partnerships include Community First! Village and TreeFolks, where our team has supported efforts that care for people, land, and community.

Youth & Community

Educational Opportunity

Supporting education and opportunity is core to our work. Delta partners with educational institutions, vocational programs, and youth organizations to help introduce young people to careers in design, construction trades, woodworking, and sustainable building. Our team is happy to collaborate on presentations and learning experiences designed to meet the needs of your students, including tours of the Mill.

Wood Material Donations

When excess material is available, Delta looks for ways to put it to meaningful use. Austin ISD students work with donated wood through the Construction Technology program at Crockett Early College High School and in hands-on projects at Covington Middle School. Additional overstock materials are donated to Habitat for Humanity Austin’s ReStore, where sales directly support affordable housing initiatives throughout Central Texas.
