Set amidst sandstone rock formations in Colorado, this existing Pueblo Revival-style home was restored and updated to become a contemporary environment that celebrates light and nature.

The original exterior, which had been relatively flat, was transformed by incorporating a deeply textural Shou Sugi Ban siding to the envelope, pine soffits and new windows on the perimeter.
